A Benefit Event

Net proceeds from this event will be donated to the Food for People program which is developing model hunger relief initiatives for children in third-world countries, with an emphasis on enabling school attendance and sustainability of local food production.

How Did We Do This?

A group of friends here in Malibu California have a common interest - we love to support the Food For People program! We heard about AC2P Events and decided to front the money for a venue, ushers, musicians, ticket-takers, a/v technicians, and promotions. Then we coerced and cajoled other friends to volunteer huge amounts of time, skills and equipment to bring you this event. Our sincere expectation is that you will feel the concert itself to be worth every penny of the admission. We have only a small theater with limited seating, and still our total budget calls for expenses of less than 30%. Of course our pledge is that we will do all we can to maximize our charitable contribution, because that is why we are doing this!
